- Understanding and memorizing Wellnest’s medical devices and services thoroughly and presenting it over video calls & in-person demos
- Cold-calling doctors, biomedical engineers and procurement departments of hospitals/clinics/labs to promote, discuss, remind and demo Wellnest’s devices across India
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up online and offline meetings with potential clients (doctors, BMEs) and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Job requirements
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or relevant role
- Medical sales experience is a huge plus
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Proficiency in English. Multilingual knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Slides
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and online demonstration
- Open For travel if required.
