Job responsibilities

  • Understanding and memorizing Wellnest’s medical devices and services thoroughly and presenting it over video calls & in-person demos
  • Cold-calling doctors, biomedical engineers and procurement departments of hospitals/clinics/labs to promote, discuss, remind and demo Wellnest’s devices across India
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up online and offline meetings with potential clients (doctors, BMEs) and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Medical sales experience is a huge plus
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Proficiency in English. Multilingual knowledge is an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Slides
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and online demonstration
  • Open For travel if required.
